Democrats hoping to make waves in the Lone Star state just got some bad news. Despite campaigning hard to win Hispanics over, the left just is not seeing the results they want. Instead, quite the opposite is happening as more Hispanics in South Texas are voting for Republican candidates.
The Daily Wire reports:
Last year, McAllen experienced the biggest shift in party vote share, toward Donald Trump, of any large city in the country save for Laredo, 150 miles to the northwest. In both border towns, Trump improved on his 2016 results by more than 23 points. … no area fled further into the GOP camp than South Texas, where 18 percent of the state’s Hispanic population lives.
“In Starr County, just upriver from McAllen, Republicans increased their turnout by almost 300 percent between 2016 and 2020,” the Texas Monthly adds. “While Hillary Clinton won there by sixty points, Joe Biden barely scraped out a five-point victory. In Webb County, home of Laredo, Trump cut his 2016 margin of defeat by more than half. And in Zapata County, which didn’t even have a local Republican party, Trump became the first GOP presidential candidate to win since Warren G. Harding was on the ballot a century ago.”
“Of the 4 million new residents that Texas gained in the last decade, nearly 2 million were Latino, while only 5 percent were White,” The Washington Post reported in August.
The Monthly posited that many Texas Hispanics “actively reject being cast as immigrants. In 2020 ignorance of these facts embarrassed state and national Democrats. While Hispanic South Texans are proud of their Mexican heritage, many do not consider themselves to be ‘people of color’ at all. “
Democrats have been trying to win over the traditionally red state for some time now to no success. It seems that the “blue wave” can only go so far.

The current way Biden has treated our allies, our borders, crime, corruption should be a warning for the future events. There may be some show laws or repeal of certain laws just to make all the voters think something is being done but if you compare 40 or 50 years ago with today’s laws mandates and policies you would realize that it’s been going on for decades and steadily get worse by the day the year the decade
Democrats can not seem to grasp the idea the Mexicans or as they refer to them LatinX which includes all Spanish speaking people failing to realize that the so called LatinX are a proud people proud of their country proud of their heritage and do not consider Spanish speaking people from other countries the same as Spanish speaking people in their country as well as the work ethic they have which is they prefer to work to support their family if they’re unable to support their families via working to support them and working with an eye on improving the environment they live in such as better education for their children better housing for their family all provided for by their hard working family members. They are also aware that millions of people being let in without being vetted brings crime to their neighborhoods as well as it is diluting the work force if employers have way to many choices on replacing them by hiring others that got in to the.
